We are a credit broker authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (“FCA”), and we are entered on the Financial Services Register under reference number: 690249. We are licenced by the Information Commissioners Office under registration number ZA007309.

2. Your acceptance of these Terms and conditions

By visiting our website and using this service, you are accepting our terms and conditions, privacy policy and cookie policy and agree to abide by them.

If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you should stop using and/or accessing our website immediately. If you breach any of these terms, your right to access and use our website will cease immediately.

We acknowledge our obligations to this agreement by performing the service you have requested. In doing so, we are the service provider and you are our customer.

We deal directly with you and have no obligation to any party other than you, our customer.

4. The Growing Power service

We provide an online credit broking service and can help you to search for certain products and services provided by our panel of lenders and credit brokers (“Our Partners”). We do not charge you a fee for using the Growing Power service, but we do receive commission from Our Partners if they are able to provide you with the particular product or service you were looking for.

Whether or not Our Partners are able to provide you with the product or service you are looking for, is their responsibility and will depend on factors such as their assessment of your eligibility and credit worthiness by taking into account your credit history.

You are protected under the Consumer Credit Act 1974 (as amended) (“CCA”), and Our Partners are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.

5. Your use of our Website

We carry out a soft search on you when you use our website to find a financial product or service. It does not affect your credit score and will only be visible to you. Carrying out a soft search in this way enables us to check your identity and creditworthiness so that we can match you with the most suitable Partner on our panel.

If you decide to proceed with any offer that may be presented to you by one of Our Partners, they will also carry out their own identification and validation checks (including fraud prevention procedures, affordability and credit application checks), in accordance with their own criteria. Any full credit check, (also known as a "hard" search) carried out by any of Our Partners will be visible on your credit file to any other lender in the future.

You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is true and accurate. Misleading information will be regarded as a breach of our terms and is likely to breach any agreement you enter into with Our Partners. Furthermore, misleading information may also result in the instigation of criminal procedures against you.
